Portfolio of products

The Company has a portfolio of products at various stages of development. The clinical development program for our lead product, tesamorelin (TH9507), a growth hormone-releasing factor analogue, in HIV-associated lipodystrophy is currently in a confirmatory Phase 3 clinical trial. The confirmatory Phase 3 clinical trial is designed to confirm the results of the first Phase 3 trial by examining the safety and efficacy of a daily administration of 2 mg of tesamorelin for 26 weeks. The primary endpoint is a reduction of visceral adipose tissue, or VAT. In addition, we are exploring further development of tesamorelin for applications in other indications.

We are also actively developing other innovative therapeutic products, that are at earlier development stages, the most advanced of which targets acute renal failure. Using our proprietary discovery technologies, our team of scientists have developed several compounds that could feed our product portfolio over the coming years. Finally, the Company has early-stage therapeutic products targeting type 2 diabetes and glaucoma intended for out-licensing.
